• Account inactivity – an account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

In cases of account closure due to rule violations, betwinner reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. In cases of closure where no violation is involved – such as a voluntary closure request by the player – the remaining verifiable balance will be paid out after standard KYC checks are completed.
